After you order, we render your final artwork, print it on premium archival paper, frame it, and ship it. Typical turnaround is 5–7 business days door to door, including production and shipping.

Yes. On the Create page you'll see a photo upload zone. Drop in a JPG or PNG from your finish line (or wherever you like) and it will appear inside the print below the headline. The photo is optional — the print looks great either way. Max file size is 8MB.

We print on heavyweight archival-grade paper (200gsm+) using professional pigment inks designed to last decades without fading. Frames are solid with real glass — not plastic, not acrylic.

Yes. The live preview on the Create page uses the exact same artwork that gets sent to print. What you see is what you get — pixel for pixel.

Because every print is made to order with your personal details, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or there's a production error, we'll reprint and reship at no charge. Just send us a photo.

Absolutely. Just enter the runner's details during personalization and ship it directly to them. It arrives ready to hang — no assembly required.

The pace field is optional. If you leave it blank, it'll show a dash. You can calculate it from your finish time using any running app — or just leave it and focus on the time that matters.
